1. Initial Introduction & Walkthrough
We meet to discuss your plans and goals, trends in the current marketplace and assess your property’s qualities and characteristics. Walking through the home allows me to create a plan for prepping the home to achieve the maximum results.

2. Property & Marketing Prep
We determine the best way to showcase your property against the competition and begin coordinating contractors. I have a team of trusted contractors that can help with property prep so your home shine's in it's best light. I will share my plan with how to get the maximum exposure with the goal of driving more traffic to your property. This includes staging, professional photography, drone, deep cleaning, landscaping, online marketing.


3. Pricing & Numbers
The best time to price a home is right before you go to market. This is so we can evaluate the most relevant data and comparables. We will discuss pricing strategies depending on your desired experience on the market.
4. LIVE & Showings
We’ll launch your listing with a strong first impression across all of the major platforms. Timing matters, and I’ll help choose the ideal day to go live for maximum exposure. I’ll handle all showing coordination including screening buyer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and keeping you updated along the way.
While on market, I visit the home often to ensure the best experience for every showing. After each showing, I follow up with the Agent or buyer for feedback. This is key to keeping them interested and building urgency.


5. Offer Review & Closing Process
Upon receipt of an offer (or multiple), I’ll walk you through each one in detail; breaking down price, terms, timelines, and any contingencies. My goal is to help you confidently choose the strongest offer (not just the highest one), based on what matters most to you.
After going under contract, I’ll manage all the moving parts and stay in close communication with the buyer’s agent, lender, and escrow team to keep everything on track and avoid surprises. I’ll guide you through every step and protect your interests until the keys are handed off and the sale is complete.
