Hiking the PNW

I've been able to do several incredible hikes! I still seem to get busy and it is the first thing that drops. I'm sure many of you can relate how that happens.
My last hike was in Sedona, Cathedral Rock! It was intense, like straight vertical in parts but it paid off with views. If you haven't been to Sedona, I would absolutely recommend it. You get to dry out from the PNW and still are surrounded by nature's beauty.
Next I want to hit one in the North Cascades, that is truly my favorite place to hike. If you have any recommendations, please send them my way.

The Fed had their meeting last week and surprise, surprise.... interest rates aren't lowering. The PC answer is they don't feel comfortable moving the rates with the unemployment and inflation being where they are. I'll save my un PC answer for another time. ;)
Things to note about the market today:
• Inventory has climbed, highest on record in King County since 2018 (residential and condo combined)
• Buyers are particular! They will bid up on homes that are fully remodeled and reasonably priced but they will skip homes that need work or aren't competitively priced enough
• The answer isn't just dropping prices, as the market balances, the days on market will rise but it doesn't mean it is a bad home. This is where strong Seller's Agents will shine and make all the difference.
