Compass Make Me Sell
Compass Make Me Sell is fantastic if you are considering selling in the next several years and want to confidentially test out the price before going on market.
Every homeowner has a price and with demand high and limited inventory, it may make sense to take advantage of Compass Make Me Sell.
Maybe being on the market isn't for you, this is a way to possibly sell without having the hassle of going to market.

Here's how it works:
We start with an initial conversation where you’ll share the aspirational sale price that would motivate you to consider moving.
I will add your home to the Compass Make Me Sell category in our extensive Compass database.
The Compass Make Me Sell tag is simply a signal to other Compass agents that they can contact me.
Other Compass agents will reach out to me if they have qualified buyers searching for a home in your area.
Your price, property details, and personal information remain completely confidential until you are ready. I’ll connect with the buyer’s agent and present the property details and your aspirational price.
Once I get the best price possible, you and I will review the offer to determine whether you want to move forward with selling.
Your dream price might be more within reach than you think. Reach out if you are interested!

Hiking the PNW

One of my goals for this year is to hike more often! I feel my best when I am connected with nature and these past few years, I haven't made it a priority. I would love any and all of your favorite trails. Please send them my way.
As I explore more of our gorgeous PNW, I'll share my favorites.
Here are a few I am planning on doing:

Monthly data for separated by area: Seattle, Eastside, Pierce, & Snohomish
In true January fashion, the market seems to be back in full swing. Please keep in mind that the sales price is reflecting homes that sold in December and closed in Jan, often for at or under list price. This will start to climb as we progress through spring.
As an Agent in the market, buyers are back and they are serious! It feels very reminisecent of 2021.
If a home is priced right, multiple offers - some to the tune of 12, 18, 21 offers. The stats that show this are the pending, Seattle almost doubled the amount of homes under contract in Jan from Dec and we saw an increase in all areas (King, Pierce, and Snohomish County). I imagine we will see sales price increases quite drastic in Feburary/March.
